Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as helpful as possible while also honoring our commitments with the venue.
- Cancellations made on or before January 11 will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
- January 12 – February 15: Cancellations are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your spot with another couple. If a replacement couple is found, a $100 late cancellation fee will be applied.
- After February 15: All registrations become fully non-refundable, and we are unable to accept any replacements due to final room assignments with the venue, table seating, and printed materials
