We all have bad habits: chewing with our mouths open, binge-watching TV, or spending too much time on social media. The funny thing is, the reason we call all of those and more "bad" is because we know they're not good for us. And yet most of us don't make a whole lot of effort to change. In fact, we're not even sure we want to change. But what if changing those habits is a key to really experiencing life?
