The reality of burnout in our lives is very real and is evidenced by our lives, our schedules and our bank accounts, leaving us stressed and anxious. But the reality is that all of those things are external parts of our lives, problem areas that reflect the choices we make each day. In order to get to the root of our burnout, we need to look inside, at the condition and health of our soul because we live from the inside out. We all need a Burnout Prevention Plan that starts from the inside and is then reflected in the choices we make for our lives.
