“There’s always time for one more thing” is the mantra of our culture. One more activity, one more travel sport, one more volunteer slot. As a result of always adding “one more” thing, many of us find ourselves worn out and stressed out - unable to get off the hamster wheel of busyness. But what if the busy lives we lead actually keep us from giving our attention to what matters most? What if there’s any opportunity to create some boundaries that can protect us from over-activity?
