Pam is an Indiana native growing up in Ripley County, moving to Batesville with her husband Jody in 2000. She earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan and spent 20+ years in management and marketing roles for both a global medical device company and in the death care industry. She is also an entrepreneur owning her own skin care and cosmetics business.
When her kids were young, Pam was the Youth Director at a previous church, Girl Scout Leader, Room Mom, and PTO Coordinator. Having always been service oriented, Pam felt God’s calling to expand her role in the area of service and joined our team in 2026. Pam and her husband Jody have four young adult children Katie, CJ, Mitchell, and Will.
